《临证指南医案》卷七便血一门共载51则医案,体现了叶天士诊治便血的学术经验。通过对便血一门医案的分析、归纳,总结出叶氏诊治便血从驱散湿邪、调理脏腑、通调络脉3方面着手,重视气机升降、温清并举。他在便血的诊治上不仅继承了前人的经验,而且体现了自己的特色理论,其理法方药对现代医家治疗便血具有指导作用。

The seventh part of Clinic Guideline of Medical Records totally includes 51 medical records about hematochezia, which reflects Ye Tianshi＇ s academic experience in diagnosing and treating hematochezia. By analyzing and summarizing these medical cases, it finds that Ye＇ s diagnose and treatment for hematochezia are taken from dispelling dampness, regulating zangfu viscera and dredging meridian and collateral, which emphasize the ascending and descending of qi movement and the combination of clearing and warming. He inherited the predecessor＇ s experience in diagnosing and treating hematochezia, and created his own characteristic theory. His principle-method-recipe-medicines show the guiding role for modern physicians in the treatment of hematochezia.
