针灸结合西药治疗儿童肺虚感邪型过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Allergic Rhinitis in Children with Syndrome of Lung Deficiency and Exopathogens Attack

目的:观察针灸结合西药治疗儿童肺虚感邪型过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例患儿随机分为对照组(34例)和治疗组(34例);对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药基础上配合针灸治疗,疗程1个月。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分和治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的变化。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为88.2%,对照组为52.9%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);两组IgE水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合西药治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床疗效良好,可降低IgE水平。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with syndrome of lung deficiency and exopathogens attack. Methods： 68 children patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy of western medicine, the patients in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with routine therapy of westem medicine,with a course of one months. The clinical efficacy was observed, and the changes of TCM syndrome score and serum immunoglobulin E （ IgE ） level before and after treatment were compared. Results ： The clinical total effective rate was 88.2% in the treatment group and 52.9% in the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score was significantly decreased in both groups compared with treatment before （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the IgE level was decreased in both groups compared with treatment before（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the IgE level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with western medicine shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children, which can decrease the IgE level.
