摘要 《国际图联趋势报告——2016新进展》总结了自2013年以来国际图书馆界由《国际图联趋势报告》引发的国家和地区性讨论的关键议题。《国际图联趋势报告——2016新进展》报告中的趋势和议题与美国大学与研究型图书馆协会《2016年高校图书馆发展大趋势》以及College&Research Libraries News(大学与研究图书馆新闻)杂志调研的高校图书馆界议题讨论存在一致性,由三者间的对比分析可得出高校图书馆界的5大核心议题,即开放获取、教学/科研支持、研究数据管理、生态学术平台构建及技术改造。对5大议题的进一步剖析有利于高校图书馆制定新的发展战略,包括促进高等教育界变革、协助打造四化教育体系、缔结新型社区纽带、强化职业能力建设。 The IFLA Trend Report 2016 Update summarizes the burning issues inspired by IFLA trend reports since 2013 and being discussed in the realm of library on both local and national levels. There presents a resemblance with regard to topics and trends among the IFLA Trend Report 2016, the 2016 Top Trends in Academic Libraries by the Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL), and articles published in College & Research Libraries News (C&RL News) on the latest trends and practices affecting academic and research libraries. Comparison of the three reveals five key research topics in university libraries, which are open acquisition, teaching and research support, research data management, the construction of academic ecosystem, and technology transformation. Performing analysis on the five key topics can aid in developing new strategies for university libraries, such as facilitating reform of higher education, assisting in establishing an education system based on Four Moderations, developing new community connections, and enhancing librarians' professional skills.
