"书小白阅读养成记"是指"书小白"们在参与活动的过程中,通过完成不同类型、难度的阅读任务,积分晋级,完成从"小白"到"大咖"的蜕变。该活动的目标读者群为缺乏阅读意愿的人和有阅读意愿而不善于阅读的人。平台、运行团队和营销方式等实施要点,是保障整个活动顺利开展的重要环节,而读者互动和反馈,则是活动得以在不断修正、完善的过程中螺旋式上升的动力来源。"书小白阅读养成记"的创新,本质在于服务理念的创新,是馆员对阅读推广工作如何做大、做深、做精的深入思考。
"Help Shu Xiao Bai Read" is an activity aiming to transform a "reading newbie" to a "reading pro" through the process of accomplishing reading tasks of various types and difficulties, earning credits, and levelling up. The target audience of this activity is people who lack reading aspiration and people who are aspired to read but don't have the competency to. Platform, execution team, and promoting means are all important factors in ensuring the successful deployment of the activity. Nevertheless, readers' interaction and feedback are the impetuses of constant refinement and improvement of the activity. "Help $hu Xiao Bai Read" is an activity of innovation, one that lies in the innovation of service concept. It is a reflection of librarians' contemplation on how to expand, strengthen, and refine the reading promotion.
