摘要 目的:检测CBX7在胰腺癌组织中的表达,分析其与胰腺癌病人预后的相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测74例胰腺癌病人肿瘤标本中CBX7的表达,分析CBX7表达程度与胰腺癌肿瘤体积、TNM分期及生存率等临床参数的相关性。结果:74例标本中有40例CBX7低表达,34例CBX7高表达。肿瘤体积与CBX7的表达无相关性。CBX7高表达的病人TNM分期相对较早,其差异有统计学意义。CBX7低表达病人的累积生存时间显著低于CBX7高表达病人,有统计学差异。结论 :CBX7的表达程度与胰腺癌的预后有关,可在胰腺癌的诊断及预后评估中作为参考指标。 Objective To detect the expression of chromobox homolog 7(CBX7) in pancreatic cancer tissue and to study the correlation between CBX7 expression and prognosis of the patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods The expression of CBX7 in tissues from 74 cases with pancreatic cancer was detected using the immunohistochemical assay. The correlation was analyzed between CBX7 expression and clinical parameters of pancreatic cancer including tumor size,TNM stage, and survival rate. Results There were 40 cases with lower expression of CBX7 and 34 cases with higher expression. The tumor size was not associated with expression of CBX7. The correlation, however was present between CBX7 expression and TNM stage. The higher expression was found in earlier TNM stage with statistical significance. The cumu-lative survival time was shorter significantly in the patients with lower expression of CBX7 than those with higher expres-sion. Conclusions The expression of CBX7 might be associated with prognosis of pancreatic cancer which may be an indi-cator for the diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
