疏肝理气填精方对乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗不良反应影响的临床研究

Influence of Shugan Liqi Tianjing Decoction on adverse reactions caused by breast cancer postoperative endocrine therapy

目的观察疏肝理气填精方治疗乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗所致不良反应的临床疗效。方法将62例乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗出现不良反应的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组31例。对照组予单纯常规内分泌治疗,治疗组在内分泌治疗基础上加用疏肝理气填精方。两组疗程均为2个月,观察比较Kupperman改良评分、子宫内膜厚度、血脂指标及骨密度的变化情况。结果 (1)组间治疗后比较,Kupperman改良评分变化差值治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)组间治疗后比较,子宫内膜厚度变化差值治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)组间治疗后比较,三酰甘油水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)组间治疗后比较,治疗组L2-L4、股骨颈BMD水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝理气填精方可明显缓解乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗的不良反应,提高患者生活质量,改善预后。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Liqi Tianjing Decoction in the treatment of adverse reactions caused by breast cancer postoperative endocrine therapy. Methods 62 patients with adverse reactions caused by breast cancer postoperative endocrine therapy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with conventional endocrine therapy, while the treatment group was treated with Shugan Liqi Tianjing Decoction based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of two months. The Kupperman improved score,endometrial thickness, parameters of blood lipid and bone mineral density （BMD） were observed and compared. Results （~）For the comparison of the difference of Kupperman improved score before and after treatment, the difference in the treatment group was obviously greater than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. （~）For the comparison of the difference of endometrial thickness before and after treatment, the difference in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. （~）After treatment, there was statistically significant difference on the triacylglycerol level between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ）. （~）After treatment, the BMD levels of L2-IA and femoral neck in the treatment group was obviously higher than those in the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Shugan Liqi Tianjing Decoction can significantly relieve the adverse reactions caused by breast cancer postoperative endocrine therapy, and improve the life quality of patients and prognosis.
