摘要
针对传统变换工艺流程相对复杂、热损失和蒸汽消耗高、设备多、露点腐蚀严重、投资大等问题,采用双汽包可控移热变换技术对现有的多套小型变换装置进行节能改造。改造实施后,吨氨能耗下降1344.25 MJ(折标煤45.78 kg)、运行费用降低55元,取得了较好的经济效益。
In connection with problems of traditional shift conversion process such as relatively complicated process flow, high heat loss, high steam consumption, too much equipment, severe dew point corrosion, large investment etc., the double steam drum controllable heat removal shift technology is adopted to implement energy-saving transformation of existing several sets of small scale shift units. After the revamp, energy consumption per ton of ammonia decreases by 1 344.25 M J, saving of standard coal is 45.78 kg, operating cost reduces by 55 yuan, better economic benefit has achieved.
