Design Calculation of Black Water Clarifier in Coal Gasification Unit

黑水澄清槽具有占地面积小、土建投资省、抗冲击负荷能力强、适用性广、效率高等特点,已在煤气化装置的黑水处理中获得了一定的应用。针对当前黑水澄清槽应用模式存在的不足,基于DENSADEG高密度沉淀池的设计原理并结合具体应用实例,对其设计过程进行了分析和研究,不仅有助于用户深入了解黑水澄清槽的设计和操作参数,而且有利于其运行和维护。

The black water clarifier has the investment, strong resist impact load capability, characteristics of less occupied area, less construction wide applicability and high efficiency so it has been applied to some extents in black water treatment of coal gasification unit. In connection with the shortcomings of current application pattern of black water clarifier, based on design principle of DENSADEG high density sedimentation tank and combining with applying examples, analysis and study are carried out of its design process. It not only helps users to understand the in-depth knowledge of the design and operation parameters of black water clarifier, but also is beneficial to its operation and maintaining.
