摘要
KBR卧式氨合成塔投产运行7年后发生了催化剂筐损坏等问题。通过对氨合成塔气体流向及结构分析,确定了催化剂筐损坏的位置,提前制定了大修方案。检修后,氨合成装置各项运行参数恢复正常,系统消耗大幅下降,与设计参数基本相符。
Seven years after KBR horizontal ammonia converter put into operation, problems of catalyst basket damage and others have arisen. Through analysis of gas flow direction and structure of the ammonia converter, the location of catalyst basket damage is determined and overhaul plan is made in advance. After the overhaul, all operating parameters have gone back to normal, system consumption reduces greatly, showing basically consistent with the design parameters.
