摘要
大功率机械设备往往处于高温高压的工作环境,其状态不完全可控,一旦发生事故,对安全生产和人员安全都危害极大,为此,通过机械振动检测评价、润滑油性能和磨损检测评价、无损检测和强度校核等技术,探索开发了大功率机械设备状态监测技术新方案,实现设备由事后维修转向基于状态的视情维修,能有效保障人身和设备财产安全,提高了设备保养的科学性。
High power machineries and equipments are often in high temperature and high pressure work- ing environment, their statuses are not completely controllable, once there is an accident, it is harmful to pro- duction safety and personnel security. Therefore, the evaluation of mechanical vibration detection, lubricating oil and wear performance test evaluation and strength check, nondestructive testing technology are used to explore the development of the power mechanical equipment state monitoring technology new plan and achieve the chan- ges from correction maintenance to condition maintenance, in order to ensure the safety of life and equipment property efficiently, and enhance the scientificalness of equipment maintenance.
