摘要 采用侧煤仓布局的制粉系统,因磨煤机的安装位置所限,使磨煤机风量测量装置的布置和测量方法,存在诸多问题。当机组运行时,磨煤机风量的测量误差较大,且测量管易被堵塞。为此,针对风量测量时存在的问题进行了分析和研究,提出了改变测点位置、改进测量方法等技改方案。 There are many problems in the arrangement and measuring method of the air flow measuring device of the coal pulverizer, because of the coal pulverizing system with side coal bunker layout is limited by the installation position of the coal pulverizer. When the unit is running, the measurement error of the air flow of the coal pulverizer is large, and the measuring tube is easy to be blocked. Therefore, the problems existing in the measurement of air flow are analyzed and studied, and the technical scheme for changing the location of measuring points and improving measuring methods are put forward.
