摘要
针对1000MW机组轴封加热器的水位控制问题,采取对比和分析的方法,提出了水位控制的技改方案。根据各技改方案的优劣,最终选择了在汽轮机轴封排汽管道上设置U型紧急排水口的技改方案。通过近5年运行在某1000MW燃煤机组的实例,证明了水位控制装置运行的有效性,达到了技改的预期目标。
Aiming at the problem of water level control of shaft seal heater in 1 000 MW unit, a method of water level control is put forward by means of comparison and analysis. According to the advantages and disadvantages of each technical transformation plan, the technical scheme of U type emergency drain is set up on the shaft seal steam pipe of the steam turbine. Through an example of a 1 000 MW coal-fired unit running in the last 5 years, the effectiveness of the water level control device has been proved, and the expected goal of technical transformation has been achieved.
