摘要
目的血管内支架植入是临床上治疗狭窄类心血管疾病的重要手段。本文对血管内支架相关专利进行检索和后续分析,为我国的血管内支架技术的发展提供参考。方法使用世界知识产权组织以及中国国家知识产权局数据库,通过设定stent、intravascular、metal、bare metal、coating、drug-eluting、bioabsorbable、biodegradable等为关键词,将检索结果按照不同时间、不同申请人及IPC分类号进行归纳总结。结果当今世界,以美国为首的发达国家依然为血管内支架技术的领头羊,特别是美国,技术远远领先于世界其他国家;我国技术就国内市场而言已经完全打破国外巨头的技术垄断;在我国专利申请数量中,排在第一位的申请地区为上海,在国外来华专利申请中,美国数量最多;另外,从分析结果可以发现,未来冠脉支架技术将会以可降解支架为主。结论全球的血管内支架处于稳步发展阶段。我国的血管支架技术和产品已占领国内市场的绝大部分,完全打破国外巨头的垄断,发展前景可观。
Objective Intravascular stent implantation is an important method for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This paper provides the references for the development of China's stent technology based on the retrieval and subsequent analyses of stent related patents. Methods We analyze the patents of the intravascular stents based on the WIPO patent scope and SIPO. We set stent,intravascular,metal,bare metal,coating,drug-eluting,bioabsorbable,biodegradable etc. as key words and then summarize the results according to different time,different applicants and different IPC classification numbers. Results Nowadays,the developed countries headed by the United States are still the leaders in this technology,and especially,the United States is far ahead of other countries in the world. In our country,the technology has broken the monopoly of foreign technology giants in the domestic market. Shanghai ranked first in the application area in China. The United States is the largest in the number of patent applications abroad in China. Inthe future,biodegradable stents will become the mainstream trend on coronary stent. Conclusion Global endovascular stent is in a steady development stage. Stent technology and products from China have occupied the domestic market,completely breaking the foreign giants' monopoly.
