蒙药塔里必古鲁其汤熏蒸疗法对踝关节骨折功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Mongolian Medicine Talbiragvlvgqi Decoction on Functional Recovery of Ankle Fracture

目的观察蒙药塔里必古鲁其汤熏蒸疗法对踝关节骨折功能恢复的影响。方法 60例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组及治疗组,各30例。观察组采用蒙药塔里必古鲁其汤熏蒸疗法配合常规功能锻炼,对照组采用常规功能锻炼。对所有患者进行随访,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组优良率80.00%,高于对照组的56.67%(P<0.05)。观察组第8、12周视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组第12周踝关节屈、伸活动均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论蒙药塔里必古鲁其汤熏蒸疗法对踝关节骨折功能恢复具有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Talbiragvlvgqi Decoction on the functional recovery of ankle fracture. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group were cured with Talibiragvlvgqi Decoction combined with functional exercises. The control group were cured with functional exercises. All the patients were followed up and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results：The fine rate of the treatment group was 80%,higher than that of the con-trol group （56.7%）（P〈0.05）. The VAS score in the treatment group at 8th and 12th week was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The ankle flexion and extension activities in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group at twelfth weeks（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Talbiragvlvgqi Decoc-tion has a better curative effect on functional recovery of ankle fracture.
