特色脐疗法治疗胃脘痛(虚寒证)的临床研究

Clinical Research of Characteristic Navel Treatment on the Deficiency-cold Type of Stomachache

目的观察特色脐疗法治疗胃脘痛(虚寒证)的临床疗效。方法 140例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各70例。对照组采用西医常规口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗;治疗组给予特色脐疗法治疗。比较两组首次治疗前后疼痛评分、治疗前后胃脘痛中医证候评分及中医健康状况评分,并对治疗后总有效率及安全性进行评价。结果与治疗前比较,首次治疗时,对照组疼痛评分无明显变化,而治疗组则显著性下降,且明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后1 h内,对照组疼痛评分仍无明显变化,治疗组疼痛评分虽有所回升,但仍明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后胃脘痛中医证候评分和中医健康状况评分与治疗前比较均明显降低(均P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。治疗结束后,治疗组治疗总有效率98.57%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.01)。两组在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应及安全性问题。结论特色脐疗法治疗胃脘痛(虚寒证)疗效显著,及时止痛效果尤为明显,且安全性高,能明显提高其整体生存质量。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the characteristic navel treatment in patients with the deficiency-cold type of stomachache. Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,70 cases in each. The control group were treated with omeprazole drugs. The treatment group were treated with characteristic navel treatment. The pain scores,TCM symptoms score and TCM healthy evalua-tion were observed before and after treatment. The efficacy and safely of the two groups were compared. Results：There was no difference between the two groups in pain scores,TCM symptoms score and TCM healthy evaluation before the treatment （P〉0.05）. Compared with before treatment,there was no significant change in pain score in the control group for the first treatment,but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）. Within one hour after treatment,there was no significant change in pain scores in the control group,while the pain score was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Compared with before treatment,TCM symptoms score and TCM healthy evaluation of the two groups were significantly de-creased（P〈0.01）,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）. The total ef-fective rate of the treatment group was 98.57%,higher than that of the control group 80.00%（P〈0.01）. There was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion：The characteristic navel treatment on the deficiency-cold type of stomachache has significant efficacy and high safety,which can significantly improve the quality of life.
