摘要
针对成品油管道顺序输送人工编制计划存在的效率低、易出错、误差大等诸多缺陷,提出了借助Excel规划求解工具并输以VAB编程的方法编制计划。以单注入点、定转速泵的大落差成品油管道系统为研究对象,建立了以全线流量最大为目标函数的准稳态多目标规划数学模型,给出了利用分层序列法分两阶段求解模型的方法并举例进行了计算。该方法可大大提高工作效率和准确度,有效保证计划的实际可执行性。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,error prone calculation and large error in the process of artificial planning of batching transport through oil product pipeline, the method for the planning is proposed by means of Excel planning solution combined with VAB programming. Taking the large-drop oil product pipeline system with single injection point and fixed speed pump as the research object,a quasi steady state multi-objective programming model with the maximum flow rate across the pipeline as object function is established,which applies a hierarchical sequence method to solve the model in two stages,and an example is calculated.This method can greatly improve the work efficiency and accuracy,and effectively guarantee the practical implementation of the plan.
