目的分析应用ERCP诊治胆总管结石疾病的结果。方法 2015年1月至12月本院收治的500例胆总管结石患者,随机分为研究组(250例)和对照组(250例)。对照组患者采取常规诊治方法,研究组患者给予ERCP诊治,并结合诊断结果给出治疗方案,对比两组患者临床诊治效果。结果研究组诊断阳性率100%,与对照组诊断阳性率90.0%比较,对比存在差异(P<0.05);针对临床患者临床诊治结果,制定ERCP治疗方案,研究组结石取净率达到94.0%,对照组中患者结石取净率为84.0%,比较两组诊治疗效有差异(P<0.05);同时,对比两组诊治预后,研究组患者经ERCP诊治后,患者在预后住院时间、术后血清淀粉酶含量、并发症发生率情况方面,优于对照组患者,对比存在差异(P<0.05)。结论对胆总管结石患者,在临床中应用ERCP诊治,可以提升临床诊断准确率,从而可以制定出有针对性的治疗方案,提升临床治病疗效,还可以提升临床患者预后,改善患者临床治疗结果,发挥积极应用价值。

Objective To study the results of ERCP in the diagnosis and treatment of common bile duct stones. Methods 500 patients with common bile duct stones admitted from January to December 2015 were divided into study group （250 cases） and control group （250 cases） by random number table method. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and treatment. The patients in the study group were given ERCP for diagnosis and treatment, and the treatment was given according to the diagnosis results. Conclusion The clinical application of ERCP in the diagnosis and treatment of common bile duct stones can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis, so that it can formulate targeted treatment programs to improve the clinical efficacy, but also can improve the prognosis of clinical patients and improve the clinical treatment of patients Results, play a positive application value.
