摘要
目的探讨创伤性围肘关节区骨折内固定术后红花注射液预防异位骨化的疗效。方法将创伤性围肘关节区骨折内固定治疗的262例患者随机分为A组(n=142)和B组(n=120),A组在常规治疗的基础上应用红花注射液输液治疗,B组仅行常规治疗。根据Cassebaum和Mayo评分、X线、CT综合判断两组疗效。结果 262例均获得(15±0.52)个月随访,A、B两组术前Mayo评分分别为(31.2±2.2)分、(32.8±1.4)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B两组术后末次随访Mayo评分分别为(89.5±2.2)分、(80.1±2.8)分,异位骨化发生率分别为2.1%、17.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液对创伤性围肘关节区骨折内固定术后异位骨化具有预防作用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of safflower injection on the prevention of heterotopic ossification in the treatment of traumatic elbow joint fracture after operation. Methods 262 cases with fracture reduction and internal fixation of traumatic around the elbow fracture from 2012 to 2015 in our hospital were selected for the study; all cases were randomly divided into two groups, group A with safflower injection infusion therapy. According to the Cassebaum and Mayo scoring system, the function of elbow joint was evaluated after operation. According to the condition of arounding elbow joint bone fracture healing and heterotopic ossification in X- ray and CT examination and to comparing the correlation of probability between heterotopic ossification and safflower injection in traumatic around elbow joint fracture. Results All eases were followed up with average follow-up of (15±0.52) months. Two groups' preoperative Mayo score was (31.2±2.2) and (32.8±1.4) , respectively, and there were no statistically significant difference (P〉O.05). The postoperative Mayo scores of the final follow-up was of group A and B were (89.5±2.2) and (80.1±2.8) , respectively, and there were no significant differences (P〈O.05). The incidence of heterotopic ossification was 2.1% in Group A, and was 17.5% in Group B, there were statistically significant difference between A and B (P〈O.05). Conclusion There was a correlation between the prevention of heterotopic ossification and safflower injection used in traumatic around elbow fracture after operation.
