The professional teaching team plays an important role in profession construction, teaching staff training, teaching level and quality improvement, teaching reform and innovation, and so on. Under the distance education system, the professional teaching teams should put emphasis on highlighting the main construction goals, completing the intensive and restraint mechanisms, increasing the intensity of external supports, optimizing the team structures, constructing the integrated teaching platforms and strengthening the construction of teaching resources.
