摘要
督导无序化是后发高职院校的常见问题,由于督导的职责过多,后发高职督导活动通常以"督教"为核心开展,督导职能简单化与学情复杂化矛盾凸显。高职学生的学情是,受网络影响大、学生管理难、厌学情绪普遍。立足高职学生学情,从重构督导活动开展模式、强化导学职能、推广高效教学模式等方面,提出后发高职院校督导困境破解的对策,促进"后示范"期高职学生培养水平的提高。
Disorder isSue becomes common in supervision work of higher vocational colleges. Students' management, students' attitude towards learning as well as teaching reform have become the major barriers in higher vocational college development while those problems that supervision work there faces are various responsibilities, Some strategies are put forward with supervision organization and its function as the base, too much trifle and the contradict between simple supervision function and complicated learning situation, involving reforming supervision model from supervising teaching normalization to promoting efficient teaching model.
