From the perspectives of materials and techniques, visual form and creative thinking, this paper explores and analyzes the creative exploration of contemporary watercolor painting in China. The artist in depth study of watercolor materials, and constantly expand the watercolor techniques, new materials and media corresponding to the visual form. The artist has made gratifying achievements in extending the creative thinking. The artist＇s accomplishment has further promoted the creation of contemporary watercolor painting to prosperity.
