摘要
随着我国政治、经济、文化、科学技术和人民生活水平的不断提高,医疗服务也进入了一个快速发展时期,医院改、扩、新建及医院内部维修改造,已成为医院建设发展必然趋势和普遍行为。维修改造项目一般是指总投资在200万元以下的对外招标项目。笔者结合工作实践,对医院维修改造项目中应遵循的原则和方法进行了探索与总结。
Along with the continuous improvement of China＇s economy,culture, science and technology, and people,s living standard, medical service in our country has entered a period of rapid development. The change,expansion,construction and internal maintenance in hospitals have become inevitable trend and general behavior in hospital development. The maintenance and recon- struction projects generally refer to the external bidding ones with the total investment under 2 million yuan. The authors,combining with the practice, explore and summarize the principles and methods that should be followed in hospital maintenance and reconstruction.
