摘要
在海湾扇贝D形幼虫期施用 10 3 ,10 4 ,10 5CFU/ml三个浓度的有益细菌A18。经该菌处理后 ,扇贝幼苗的变态率与各个发育期的成活率均比加氯霉素组和未加任何处理的对照组高。其中以 10 4 CFU/ml处理的扇贝幼苗的变态率和成活率最高。对实验扇贝幼苗水体细菌总数和弧菌数分析发现 ,经 10 5,10 4 CFU/mlA18菌处理水体的细菌总数和弧菌数均比相应的对照组低。在扇贝育苗水体加入 10 6,10 7,10 8CFU/ml的有益细菌A18,检测高浓度A18对扇贝幼苗的毒害作用 ,当该菌浓度在 10 6CFU/ml时 ,经 4 8小时扇贝幼苗成活率 79% ,高于对照组的 6 8 5 % ;当浓度达 10 7,10 8CFU/ml时 ,处理 4 8小时后的扇贝幼苗死亡率分别为 95 6 %和 10 0 %。
A probiotic bacterial strain A18 was added into the rearing seawater of D form larvae of bay scallop at concentrations 10 3, 10 4 and 10 5CFU/ml respectively, the metamophic and survival rates of the larvae were higher than that of control group and tetracycline adding group. The metamophic and survival rate of the larvae were the highest at 10 4 CFU/ml. The hetrophic and Vibrio bacteria number of rearing seawater in the experiment groups were lower than that of control groups when the probiotic A18 at 10 5, 10 4 CFU/ml was added to the experiment seawater. The toxicity of A18 to the larvae was also studied and the result shows, the larvae were safe when A18 was at 10 6CFU/m and the survival rate of experiment group was 79%, which was higher than that of control group (68.50%), but the mortality of the larvae was 100% when the concentration reached 10 8 CFU/ml.
