以大麦品种X41、CM72、Gairdner(Ga)为试材,采用溶液培养法,在250mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,研究了NaCl胁迫对野生大麦X41、栽培大麦CM72和Ga苗期生长及生理生化指标的影响,试图揭示西藏野生大麦X41的抗盐机制.结果表明:盐胁迫下,3种大麦的单株鲜质量、干质量和SPAD值降低;丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性增加;茎叶中Na^+含量增加,K^+含量减少;根中的Na^+、K^+含量下降;西藏野生大麦X41的单株鲜质量、干质量和SPAD值降低幅度及MDA、POD增加幅度最小,茎叶中的Na^+含量较低,表现出较强的耐盐能力.
In order to explore the salt-tolerance mechanism of Tibetan wild barley X41 seedlings, the growth, physiological and biochemical indexes, Na+ and K+ content in different tissues were investigated under NaC1 stress with hydroponic culture using three barley varieties, wild barley X41, cultivated barley CM72 and Gairdner. The results showed that the fresh weight, dry weight per plant and SPAD value of the three genotypes decreased under the salt stress, and the content of MDA and the activity of POD increased. The content of Na+ increased in the shoots, while the content of K+ decreased. The content of Na+ and K+ also decreased in roots. The reduction of fresh and dry weight of each plant and the SPAD value as well as the increasing amplitude of the content of MDA and POD were the minimum in the Tibetan wild barley X41, and the content of shoot Na+ was lower, these results suggested that X41 was more tolerant to salt stress.
