摘要
FT基因是模式植物拟南芥中调控开花的关键基因之一,在7条成花诱导途径中扮演重要角色;FT蛋白是成花素最重要的组分,在诱导性的光照条件下,可在叶片的伴胞中表达,随后从韧皮部长距离运输至顶端分生组织,和一系列蛋白形成具有转录活性的开花复合体,从而诱导开花.在FT蛋白诱导植物开花的过程中需要其它各种蛋白以实现诱导开花这一功能,文章对近几年FT蛋白及其互作蛋白参与调控植物开花过程的机制进行了综述.
FT gene, which is one of the key genes in the regulation of flowering in Arabidopsis thaliana, plays an important role in 7 inflorescence induction ways. FT protein is considered as an important component of florigen. Under inductive conditions, FT is expressed in the companion cells of the phloem and exported to the phloem sieve elements. It is then transported to the shoot apical meristem (SAM), and forms the flowering composite with transcriptional activity to induce flowering. In the process of the flowering induction of FT protein, other kinds of proteins are needed. This article reviews the mechanism of FT protein and its interacting proteins in the regulation of flowering.
