南疆高校教师身体形态与血压和部分血脂指标变化的相关性研究

A Study on the Relationship Among Body Shape and Changes of Blood Pressure and Part Blood Lipid Indexes of University Teachers in Southern Xinjiang

文章通过观察南疆高校教师身体形态与血压和血脂相关指标变化的关系,以期为深入掌握南疆高校教师体质健康的变化趋势提供参考。依据喀什大学和塔里木大学2014年全校教工年度体检结果,对其身体形态、身体机能和血脂相关指标的变化进行分年龄段、分民族的整理和分析。结果:(1)南疆高校教师的体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、收缩压、脉压差以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、胆固醇(TC)和甘油三脂(TG)随年龄增长而升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)随年龄增长而降低,而且上述指标在汉族和维族教师之间具有一定差异性。(2)高血压和低HDL-c检出率随年龄增长而升高,并与BMI和WHR呈正相关。结论:南疆高校教师身体形态随年龄增长向横向发展,身体机能随年龄增长而降低,心血管疾病的患病风险增加,BMI和WHR可作为预测心血管疾病的风险指标。

To investigate the relationship between body shape and changes of blood pressure and blood lipid of University teachers so as to provide referances for grasping the variation trend of Physical health of University teachers in Southern Xinjiang. According tO the annual examination results of Tarim University and Kashi University faculty in 2014, their body shape, physical function and blood lipid indexes were analyzed and sorted. Results： 1） Teachers＇ body mass index （BMI）, waist hip ratio （WHR）, systolic pressure, pulse pressure and low density lipoprorein cholesterol （LDL-c）, cholesterol （TC） and glycerin three greases （TG） increased with age in Southern xinjiang University and High density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-c） decreased with age, But these indexes have some dif- ferences between Han and Uighur teachers.2） The detection rate of hypertension and low HDL-c increased with age, and was positively correlated with BMI and WHR.Conclusion ： University Teachers＇ body shape, In Southern xinjiang, developed to Horizontal and the risk of cardiovascular disease increased with age. BMI and WHR can be used to predict the risk of cardiovascular disease.
