摘要
世界一流大学的办学实践表明,教师教学发展中心是提升高校教师教学能力,进而提高人才培养质量的关键。对教育部2012年公布的10所国家级教师教学发展示范中心2015年网站文本的分析发现,经过几年的发展,国内高校示范中心的建设已初见成效,但在自身建设和业务职能方面,还存在网站美感缺乏、活动形式单一、培训分类不细、职能短板明显、示范辐射有限等问题。各院校示范中心的未来发展,还需利用政策支持,创设发展环境,借鉴国外经验,重视网站建设,建立教学联盟,以整体推进示范中心建设,实现肩负的应有使命。
The practice of world-class university shows that center for faculty development is the key to improve university teachers' teaching ability,and the quality of talent cultivation. An analysis based on the website texts in 2015 of 10 national centers for faculty development which are published by the ministry of education in the year of 2012 reveals that after several years of development,the domestic centers have achieved preliminary results. But in terms of self-building and business functions, there are some problems include websites lack aesthetic feeling,the form of activity is single,no fine classification of training,the weakness of functions is too obvious and demonstrative radiation force is limited. The future development of the university center need the policy support, and development environment. Besides, learning foreign experi- ence,paying attention to the construction of website, and establishing teaching unions to overall promote construction of the center. Only in this way can the mission be achieved.
