翻而不转:翻转课堂的实践困惑与对策思考——基于中职英语翻转课堂的教学实践 被引量:16

摘要 随着国内翻转课堂的兴起,不少中职学校也加入到了翻转课堂的行列中。然而中职英语翻转课堂在实践探索中,遇到了教学形式在翻但课堂难以运转的"翻而不转"的困境。通过分析中职英语翻转课堂中教师、学生、教学上的"三点"问题,即教师在教学观念、教学动机、软件能力、工作负担上的"痛点",学生在学习理念、自制能力、积极精神、家长监管上的"难点",以及教学在方式逆转、评价难转、班级过大、硬件不硬上的"焦点",找到翻转的主要对策:转变师生理念、提升师生素质、改善教学条件、缩小分层选择、减轻教师负荷、坚持合力探索。 Lots of secondary vocational schools are now interested in the flipped classroom. However English flipped classroom failed in practice in many secondary vocational schools. There are three problems in present English flipped classroom, they are the "pain point" of teachers in teaching concept, teaching motivation, software ability and work burden, the difficult point of students in learning concept,self-control ability,positive spirit and parents supervision,as well as the "focal point" of teaching in the way of reversing, difficulty in evaluation,too large class,not hard hardware. Through the analysis of the three points,the main measures are found to solve the problems:The teachers and students should change their thoughts of teaching and learning, and improve their quality. The teaching conditions should be better. The heavy teaching burden of the teachers should be reduced. The parents should support the flipped classroom side by side with the teachers and their children.
