葡萄糖酸锌透皮吸收性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 制备不同的葡萄糖酸锌外用制剂,采用Franz扩散池和离体小鼠皮进行体外透皮吸收实验,测其10h的单位面积累积透过量,研究不同基质及不同透皮促进剂作用下葡萄糖酸锌的透皮吸收性能。结果表明:葡萄糖酸锌在不同基质中的透皮吸收速率从大到小为卡波姆凝胶>CMC-Na水凝胶>W/O乳膏>凡士林油膏,且体外释放动力学均符合Higuchi方程。在卡波姆凝胶剂中,对葡萄糖酸锌促渗作用最好的为2%(质量分数)谷氨酸钠;W/O乳膏剂中,3%(质量分数)二甲亚砜对葡萄糖酸锌的促渗作用最好。葡萄糖酸锌在以2%(质量分数)谷氨酸钠为促渗剂,卡波姆940凝胶为基质时具有较好的透皮吸收。 To study effects of matrixes and penetration enhancers on the zinc gluconate in vitro, different zinc gluconate penetration dosage forms was prepared by type of penetration enhancers.Using Franz diffusion cell and excised male mice skin as model, accumulative permeation quantity were fitted.The results indicated that the order of percutaneous amount of zinc gluconate was Carbomer gel 〉CMC-Na〉W/O cream 〉Vaseline ointment during 12 h.The concentration of sodium glutamate at 2% had maximum enhancing effect for zinc gluconate in Carbomer gel and the concentration of dimethyl sulfoxide at 3% had maximum enhancing effect for zinc gluconate in W/O cream, and zinc gluconate release process belong to Higuchi equation.We can concluded that zinc gluconate with Carbomer gel as matrix and 2% sodium glutamate as permeability enhancer shows nice drug transdermal delivery effects.
