摘要
利用电化学沉积技术,采用两步法成功制备了一种分层结构的Pt/NiCo结构。首先,以三维的泡沫镍为基底,利用电化学沉积技术在泡沫镍的表面上获得纳米级的NiCo晶体。第二步,将已获得的NiCo晶体与前驱体Pt进行反应形成Pt/NiCo结构。以毫米级的三维泡沫镍为基底获得高表面积的纳米级等级Pt/NiCo结构。通过三维视频显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等对不同电位下获得的Pt/NiCo结构的形貌结构、组分与元素分布以及晶型进行了表征。
A metallic hierarchical structure is achieved via a two-step electrochemical approach.First, NiCo is electrodeposited onto a three-dimensional (3D) Ni foam for roughening the foam surface to nanoscale, so that the active area will be enlarged.Second, the as-grown NiCo reacts with Pt precursor to form Pt/NiCo.The as-formed structure spans millimeter to nanometer, which can be firmly regarded as a novel structure having high surface area.Morphology, structure, component and element distribution of the products were characterized by three-dimensional video microscope, scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques.
