摘要
基于非结构化网格有限体积方法的FVCOM(Finite Volume Community Ocean Model)模式,建立了加拿大赫卡特海峡三维水动力模型。模拟结果与实测资料比较表明,采用TPXO 7.2全球潮汐模型的潮位和HYCOM全球模拟的洋流作为开边界驱动条件时,模型能较合理地反映赫卡特海峡的水动力结构及其变化特征。对于受洋流影响的海域,局部海区水动力模拟在开边界采用潮位和洋流双重驱动是较合理的选择。
A three-dimensional hydrodynamic model of Hecate Strait of Canada is built by using unstructured-grid FVCOM (Finite Volume Community Ocean Model). The numerical simulation results are compared with the measured data, which shows that the above model could reproduce the hydrodynamic structure and the variation of Hecate Strait subject to the open-boundary driving condition consisting of the tidal level simulated by TPXO7.2 Global Tide model and the ocean current by HYCOM. The combination of tidal level and ocean current serves as an acceptable open-boundary condition to simulate local sea area influenced by ocean current.
