摘要
体育锻炼不仅与健康息息相关,而且能让人形成不同的印象。本研究设计了三个系列实验,分别探究体育锻炼状态、体育锻炼程度、体育锻炼者特征对女大学生印象形成的影响。结果显示:(1)参加锻炼比不参加锻炼的女大学生给人留下更积极的印象;(2)参加过量体育锻炼比参加少量体育锻炼的女大学生形象更好;(3)自身运动天赋不高但后天十分努力的人比具有运动天赋的女大学生形象更佳。因此,体育锻炼能够提升女大学生形象,是印象管理的有效方式之一。
Physical exercise can not only help people keep health, but also can build good impression. There were three experiments in our study to explore how different states of physical exercise affected the impression forming of female university students, how different extents of physical exercise affected the impression forming of female university students, how different features of physical exercise affected the impression forming of female university students. The results showed that: (1) Impression of female university students who did physical exercise were better than female who did not do physical exercise. (2) Female university students who attended excessive physical exercise were more positive impression than a little physical exercise. (3) Female university students who had less talent but worked harder in physical exercise were more attractive than who had talent but less hard-working in physical exercise. Therefore, physical exercise can improve the impression of female university students, and it is an effective way of impression management.
