大学生手机依赖、孤独感与网络人际信任的关系

The Relationship between Mobile Phone Dependence,Loneliness and Internet Interpersonal Trust of College Students

为探讨大学生手机依赖与孤独感、网络人际信任的关系,采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、孤独感量表和网络空间人际信任问卷对436名大学生进行测量。结果表明:(1)手机依赖与孤独感和网络空间人际信任显著正相关,网络空间人际信任与孤独感存在显著正相关;(2)不同孤独水平的大学生在手机依赖总分及其它4个因子上均存在显著差异,且高孤独感组的手机依赖水平高于低孤独感组;(3)手机依赖的戒断反应、凸显行为因子对网络空间人际信任均有显著正向预测作用;孤独感对网络空间人际信任存在显著的正向预测效应;(4)孤独感在手机依赖与网络空间人际信任间起到部分中介作用。因此,可以通过改善孤独感水平来降低手机依赖者的网络空间人际信任水平。

In order to explore the relationship between mobile phone dependence, loneliness and internet interpersonal trust, a total of 436 college students were measured by the university student＇s mobile phone dependence tendency scale, the loneliness scale and the internet interpersonal trust scale. The results showed that： （1）Mobile phone dependence was positively correlated with loneliness and internet interpersonal trust, there was a significant positive correlation between interact interpersonal trust and loneliness in eyberspaee. （2）There were significant differences in the total score of mobile phone dependence and the other 4 factors at different levels of loneliness, and the level of mobile phone dependence of the high loneliness group was higher than that of the low loneliness. （3）Withdrawal responses and prominent behavior factors had significant positive prediction on internet interpersonal trust, and loneliness had significant positive predictive effect on internet interpersonal trust. （4）Loneliness played a partial mediating role in the relationship between mobile phone dependence and internet interpersonal trust. Therefore, the level of loneliness can be improved to reduce the level of intemet interpersonal trust of the mobile phone users.
