摘要
进行起重机轻量化后的外部效益分析是进一步促进轻量化起重机技术发展和推广应用的关键。在设计方法和评价参数两方面总结轻量化起重机特征的基础上,提出了一种起重机轻量化的评价方法,分析了轻量化桥式起重机外形尺寸、载荷、功率等因素对厂房净空高度、吊装面积、构件结构及耗电量的影响,介绍了3种用于厂房设计的起重机轮压优化设计方法,可节省厂房围护结构、柱和基础等构件的建筑成本和运营成本,带来百万级别的经济效益。
Analysis on external benefits of lightweight cranes is very crucial for further development and wide applica- tion of the light weight technologies. Based on summarizing characteristics of lightweight cranes in design methods and eval- uation parameters, an evaluation method of crane light weighting is proposed in the paper, and influences of factors like di- mensions, load and power of ligi^tweight bridge crane on the headroom, hoisting area, component structure and power con- sumption of plants is analyzed. The paper introduces three methods to optimize the crane's wheel pressure that can be used in factory design, which can save construction and operation costs of components of factories such as enclosures, columns and foundation and bring millions of economic benefits.
