改善钢带输送机钢带张紧度的研究

摘要 钢带作为挠性带的一种形式,常被用在低速、高速和恶劣环境下传递动力和输送物料。为了减小钢带在输送过程中承载面的弯曲变形,通过理论方法对钢带进行静力学分析,得出支撑辊跨距和张紧力是影响输送钢带张紧度的主要因素。最后利用RecurDyn软件对钢带进行仿真分析,并与理论分析进行对比,为钢带的输送设计提供参考。 Steel belt, a kind of flexible belt, is commonly used for power transmission and material conveying at low speed, high speed and in harsh environment. To minimize the bending deformation of the bearing surface of steel belt dur- ing conveying, static analysis is conducted by using theoretical methods, showing that the span of back-up roll and tension are main factors influencing the tension of the steel belt. Finally, RecurDyn software is used for simulation analysis of the steel belt, and the analysis result is compared with that of theoretical analysis, which can serve as reference for the design of steel belt.
