摘要 门座起重机大型回转支承属于低速重载类型的回转支承,该类型回转支承目前缺乏有限的检测手段,且现场环境较为复杂,现场测试经验不足。文中基于回转支承的实际使用工况及故障特点提出了试验方案,并在现场完成回转支承测试,以振动信号分析方法对回转支承的故障进行了故障诊断,对大型回转支承的现场测试和故障诊断具有指导意义。 Large slewing bearings of portal cranes belong to the low-speed and heavy-duty type. There is limited expe- rience in field test of slewing bearings due to lack of effective inspection methods and complex field environment. In this pa- per, a test plan is put forward based on actual working conditions and fault characteristics of the slewing bearing. Further- more, the slewing bearing test is performed on the site, and fault diagnosis is carried out by using vibration signal analysis methods, which can guide field tests and fault diagnosis of large slewing bearings in the future.
