天津滨海高新技术产业开发区在天津经济发展中具有重要作用,以天津滨海高新区核心区高新技术企业为研究对象,从企业分布特点、经营发展状况、人力资源投入、科技创新能力和政策享受情况等5个方面全面分析高企发展情况,以期为政府科技管理提供数据支撑。

Tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Industry Development Zone plays an important role in the economic development in the city of Tianjin. This paper takes hi-tech enterprises in the core area of the development zone as the research object to analyze their development status from five aspects, including enterprise distribution, operation and development, human resources input, science and technology innovation ability and preferential policies to provide data support for the management of science and technology by the government.
