综合性医院健康管理中心加强学科建设的思考

随着人口城镇化、老龄化的加剧进展,我国可持续发展必须重视全民健康,而提高全民健康状况的最佳途径就是实现全民健康管理。目前我国高校健康管理学科学历教育体系尚不完善,学科专业人才培养滞后与日益增长的健康管理需求形成了很大的矛盾,严重制约了我国健康管理与服务产业的快速可持续发展。因此,不断加强健康管理学科的建设与发展,不断扩展健康管理学术研究方向,不断提升学科核心竞争力,推动我国健康管理与促进服务的稳步发展尤为重要。

With the rapid development of China＇s life science, the continuous transformation of biomedical model, aggravated progress of population urbanization and aging, China must pay attention to the health of all the people. The best way to improve the health of people for the sustainable development is to realize National Health Management. At present, the academic degree education system of health management in universities in China is still to be perfected, and the lack of disciplinary professional training and the growing demand for health management have formed a great contradiction, which is seriously restricting the rapid and sustainable development of health management and service industry in the coun- try. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the construction and development of health management disciplines, to constantly expand the discipline research direction, and to constantly improve the core competitiveness of the discipline, so as to promote the steady development of health management and promotion services in China.
