通风对海上石油平台封闭区域危险区划分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 危险区域划分用于指导平台上防爆设备的选型,其划分的准确与否对平台的整体安全和运营成本影响重大。平台上的通风条件与释放源类型是影响平台危险区划分的两大重要条件。对于相同的释放源,通风条件的变化直接决定了危险区划分的等级。平台上特殊场合的危险区划分,如以天然气为燃料的发电机、低闪点柴油为燃料的应急发电机-平台改造设置挡风墙等,可以通过改变通风条件降低危险区的等级或者不划分危险区,在保障安全的前提下,做到节约投资、降低成本。 Hazardous area classification guides the explosion-proof equipment selection on offshore oil platform, and it has a great influence on the integrated safety level and operation cost of the platform. Ventilation condition and types of the dis- charge source are the most important two factors that affect the hazardous area classification. As the same type of discharge source, ventilation conditions decide the types of hazardous area. For some specific areas, it should be classified as haz- ardous area but it is diffilcult to select explosion-proof product in this area, such as naatral gas generator room, low point diesel emergency generator room, laboratory room. These areas could be classified as unclassified area by supplying suffi- cient ventilation in these areas to dilute the flammable gas concentration to lower its low explosion limit.
