医学期刊的数字出版

21世纪以来,医学期刊加速向数字出版转型,但是传统的数字出版存在出版内容和实效局限性、创新机制局限性、盈利能力局限性以及经营模式局限性。为了顺应信息时代的飞速发展,满足不同用户的个性化要求,应对医学期刊的数字出版有新的认识,例如数字出版加快了出版流程,实现了期刊内容的数字化;加强了医学期刊的知识服务功能;推动了OA出版模式以及多元化出版。医学期刊数字出版并非简单地将纸质期刊内容照搬上网,信息化和数字化建设是医学期刊出版的流程再造以及发展战略的核心问题。

Since the 21st century, medical journals have accelerated the transition to digital publishing, but the traditional digital publishing has many limitations, such as published content and practical limitations, innovation mechanism limita- tions, profitability limitations and business model limitations. In order to conform to the rapid development of the informa- tion age and meet the individual requirements of different users, we should have a new understanding of the digital publica- tion of medical journals. For example, digital publishing has speeded up the publishing process and realized the digitization of journal content; strengthened the knowledge service function of medical journals; and promoted the OA publishing model and diversified publishing. Digital publishing of medical journals is not simply copying paper journal content to the Internet. Information and digital construction is the core issues of the medical journal publishing process reengineering and developing strategy.
