摘要
通过对白水泥熟料的白度影响因素的分析,严格控制生料中有色金属氧化物的含量,进行了白水泥原材料优选实验,综合考虑白水泥熟料白度、强度、生产成本等诸多因素,在实际生产过程中,可采用偏高饱和比,高硅率的配料方案;原材料中钙质原料可采用优质石灰石与高镁废石按1:1搭配使用;硅质原料采用矽砂或叶腊石;铝质原料采用铝渣或铝渣与铝矾土搭配。
Through analysing of factors affecting the whiteness of white cement clinker, controlling the content of non-ferrous metal oxide in raw material strictly, the white cement raw material optimization experiment was carried out. And considering the whiteness, strength, production costs and other factors of white cement clinker, in the actual production process, it is suggested to adopt high KH and high SM proportion ratio; and to use high quality limestone and high magnesiun waste stone by 1 : 1; and to use silica sand or siliceous materials as siliceous material, to use aluminum slag or mixture of aluminum and bauxite as alumina materials.
