以色列共产党从当今世界形势、中东局势和以色列情势出发,分析了当今资本主义正处于晚期资本主义阶段。随着全球化进程的不断推进、新自由主义模式的日益盛行、资本主义垄断的日益集中,社会不公、经济不平等、环境不安全、美帝国主义成为世界新秩序中心是其主要特征。世界资本主义的这些结构性矛盾在以色列表现为经济危机、种族歧视和巴以冲突等三重危机。以色列共产党对当今资本主义的认识,是独立运用马克思主义立场、观点和方法于时代特征和本国国情的具体表现,反映一个以犹太人为主的中东国家中马克思主义工人政党的独特观点,是其制定正确路线、方针和政策的前提和基础,有利于其推动以色列和平、民主、平等和社会主义的历史进程。

From the current situation of Israeli, the Middle East and the world, the Communist Party of Israel points out that capitalism is in its late period. With the increasing development of globalization, the new liberalism is prevailing and the capitalist monopoly more concentrated, with the main features of economic and social inequality, environmental insecurity, the spread of terrorism and fundamentalism, and the new world order led by American imperialism. These structural contradictions of the world capitalism in Israel take on the performance as three crises including the economic crisis, racial discrimination and the Israeli Palestinian conflict. The understanding of contemporary capitalism by the Communist Party of Israel is a concrete manifestation of independently using Marxist stand, viewpoint and method with the characteristics of the times and their own conditions, reflecting the unique view of Marxist workers in a predominantly Jewish Middle Eastern countries. It is the premise and basis for formulating the correct line, principles and policies, and is conducive to promoting the historical process of peace, democracy, equality and socialism of Israel.
