摘要
汽车的普遍使用 ,使排放污染及石油消耗问题日益严重 ,采用电动汽车是解决问题的有效途径 文中对电喷发动机在串联式混合动力电动汽车中的应用技术作了研究 采用可编程序控制器设计了整车ECU(电子控制单元 ) ,用于对发动机的起、停及恒速运行进行控制 ;提出了变比例系数KP 的PID调节器 ,解决了在不同工况下 ,尤其是制动时 ,由于发动机卸载及驱动系统能量回馈引起的发动机超速的速度控制问题 ;同时对驱动系统的使能电路、三元催化器预热及二次空气喷射等系统进行了设计 实际运行表明 ,发动机运行平稳 。
The use of automobiles causes serious problems of air pollution and petroleum consumption. The use of electrical vehicle is an effective way of solving the problem. The application technique of the electronic fuel injection engine used in the series hybrid electrical vehicle is studied. A dedicated electronic control unit is developed by PLC controller. The reasonable control of the engine's start, stop and running with constant speed is realized. A PID regulator with a variable proportion parameter k P is proposed, by which the control problem of the engine rotative velocity is solved in different conditions, especially for the over rotating velocity problem of the engine caused by the current feed back of the drive system and the unloading of the engine when the vehicle is braked. The enable circuit of the drive system, TWC (three way catalyst) preheating device and twice air injection system are designed. Experiment shows that, the engine runs smoothly with low exhaustive pollutant emission and fuel consumption.
