我国混合居住研究进展

Review on China's mixed living researches

将我国的混合居住研究历程划分为萌芽时期、起步时期、快速发展时期三个阶段,从六个方面梳理了关于混合居住的主要研究进展,对已有研究的特征与局限、问题进行了评析。认为混合居住研究应在街区规划、乡—城居民的空间融合、既有住区更新三方面做进一步拓展;实现由居住混合向社会融合的发展应是该领域研究关注的重点。

The development of Chinese research on mixed- income housing can be divided into three stages, that is, the embryonic stage, the initial stage, and the rapid expan- sion stage. This essay summarizes the main research progress in six aspects, comments on characteristics and limitations of the previous studfes. Finally, it puts forward that the research scope will further extend in the residential block planning, country - city residents spatial integration and renewal of existing residen- tial area, and the research emphasis should be focused on the transition from housing mix to social integration.
