我国农业项目网络治理结构研究

Study on the Network Governance Structure of Agricultural Projects in China

当前,农业项目作为促进农民增收、拉动农业增长的重要力量,受到广泛关注。面对多元化的参与主体以及脆弱灵活的主体间关系,传统的项目治理理论已无法适应这一难题,而新兴的网络治理理念由此产生,致力于解决连接组织成员并使网络组织产生整体效能最大化的问题。通过流程再造、机制适应、考核机制以及市场培育等方式可以实现农业项目的网络治理。

At present, as an important force to promote farmers＇ income, driving agricultural growth, agricultural projects has been widely concerned. The diversified participant subject and the fragile and flexible inter-subject relationship calls for new concept of network governance, addressing the issue of connecting the members of the organization and maximizing the overall effectiveness of the network organization. Through process re-engineering, mechanism adaptation, assessment mechanism and market cultivation, the agricultural project network governance can be achieved.
