中国跨国经营组织:特征及优化

China's Multinational Management Organization under the Global Value Chain:Characteristics and Optimized Strategies

摘要 全球化带来了全球市场经济,在这样的贸易过程中的价值创造与价值分配方式构成了规模宏大的全球价值链。在这一价值链条中,中国跨国经营组织的特征主要呈现为中间地位和从属地位。从现状来看,中国跨国经营组织主要形式为劳动密集型代加工、技术密集型产业和新兴的"互联网+"产业。在全球经济的激荡和变动中,中国跨国经营组织试图突破国际分工中发达国家的驱动状态,体现为劳动密集型产业的优化转型和技术密集型产业的创新型合作优化。值得注意的是,在未来的"互联网+"时代,中国跨国企业有着更广阔的优化方向,包括服务型转向、资本型转向和绿色转向。 Globalization brings the global market economy, and the value creation and value distribution in that trade process constitute the large-scale global value chain. In this value chain, the characteristics of China's multinational corporations are mainly in the middle and subordinate status. From the current situation, the main forms of China's multinational corporations are labor-intensive original equipment manufacture, technology-intensive industries and the emerging Internet plus industry. In the economic agitation and alteration of global economy, China's multinational corporations try to break through the driven state of developed countries in the international division of labor, embodying the optimization and transformation of labor-intensive industries, as well as the cooperation and innovation of technology- intensive industries. It is noteworthy that Chinese multinational companies have a broader direction of optimization, including service-oriented, capital-oriented and turn to green economy in the future of the Internet Plus era.
