Research on the Construction Path in Organizational System of Central City Open University under "One Body and Two Wings" Type——A Case Study on Nanjing Radio & TV University

"一体两翼"型中心城市开放大学作为学习型城市建设的主要参与者,必须充分利用其独特的地位和体制机制优势,发挥办学特色,统筹协调校内外各个办学系统的资源力量,做到融合共享、优势互补、有序衔接、协同发展。研究从南京广播电视大学办学组织体系建设实际出发,对"一体两翼"型中心城市开放大学建设路径进行了理论与实践探索。

Central City Open University of ＂one body and two wings＂ type is a major participant in the construction of Learning City. We must make full use of its unique status and institutional advantages, developing school characteristics, and coordinating resource powers of inside and outside school running system, achieving integration of sharing, complementary advantages, orderly convergence, collaborative development. This study is based on the practice of the organizational system construction of Nanjing Open University （Nanjing City Vocational College）, and it conducts theoretical and practical exploration of the construction path of Central City Open University of ＂one body and two wings＂ type.
