摘要
本研究以垂体瘤患者垂体组织为研究对象,探讨了抑癌基因PTEN及CyclinD1表达的临床意义,分析了其与垂体瘤侵袭性的相关性。结果发现,垂体瘤患者垂体组织抑癌基因PTEN的表达低于正常垂体组织,同时垂体瘤患者垂体组织CyclinD1表达高于正常垂体组织(p<0.05)。垂体瘤组织PTEN的mRNA表达低于正常垂体组织,而CyclinD1的mRNA表达高于正常垂体组织(p<0.05)。垂体瘤患者垂体组织抑癌基因PTEN低表达的患者CyclinD1呈现高表达,相关性分析发现两者呈负相关(p<0.05)。抑癌基因PTEN及CyclinD1表达与垂体瘤侵袭性相关,可作为垂体瘤患者的诊断和预后指标。
Pituitary organizations in patients with pituitary adenoma were selected as the research object. The clinical significance of the expression of PTEN and CyclinD1 in pituitary adenomas were studied, and the correlation of them with invasive pituitary rumor was analyzed. Results showed that the expression of PTEN in patients with pituitary adenoma was lower than that in the normal pituitary tissues, and the expression of CyclinD1 was higher than that in the normal pituitary gland tissue (p〈0.05). The expression of mRNA in PTEN was lower than that in the normal pituitary tissues, and the expression of mRNA in CyclinD1 was higher than that in the normal pituitary tissues (p〈0.05). PTEN was low expressed whereas CyclinD1 was high expressed. The correlation analysis found that the expression of WEN and CyclinD1 was negatively correlated (p〈0.05). The expression of PTEN and Cy^linD1 was associated with the invasion of pituitary tumor. The expression of PTEN and CyclinD1 could be used as an index of the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with pituitary adenoma.
