氧气驱动雾化吸入在小儿喘憋性肺炎治疗中的应用 被引量:15

Application of Oxygen-Driven Nebulization in the Treatment of Children with Asthmatic Suffocating Pneumonia

摘要 为弄清氧气驱动雾化吸入在小儿憋喘性肺炎治疗中的效果,本研究选取2016年3月至6月在本院儿科行雾化吸入治疗的患者136例作为研究对象,使用计算机产生随机数字表,将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各68例,对照组使用常规超声雾化吸入治疗,实验组使用氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗。试图通过对比雾化吸入治疗后观察患者的临床改善情况、气喘缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间以及平均住院天数阐明氧气驱动雾化吸入对治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的作用。结果表明:实验组患儿临床改善率明显高于对照组(p<0.05),且实验组患者气喘缓解时间,咳嗽消失时间,哮鸣音消失时间以及平均住院天数也明显低于对照组(p<0.01)。显然,本研究结果表明:氧气驱动雾化可以明显改善小儿憋喘性肺炎患儿的临床疗效,缩短患儿症状和体征缓解时间,缩短住院天数,且安全有效,值得临床应用推广。 In order to make clear of the clinical curative effect of oxygen-driven nebulization on children's bronchiolitis treatment, 136 kids with bronchiolitis in the pediatrics department from March to June in 2016 were recruited as the research objects and were randomly and equally divided into two groups as experimental group and control group. Then experimental group and control group were treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation and oxygen-driven nebulization. The aerosol inhalation, time of asthma relieving, cough disappearing, wheezing sound disappearing and days of hospital stay of two groups were compared to figure out the effect of cxygen-driven nebulization (ODN) in the treatment of children's bronchiolitis. The results indicated that the pati- ents in the experimental group had better clinical effects (p〈0.05), shorter time of asthma relieving, cough and w- heezing sound disappearing as well as fewer days of hospital stay than control group (p〈0.01). Obviously, the re- sults of this study showed that ODN was significantly more helpful for clinical effects, for it could shorten the time of clinical symptoms, signs and hospital stay. Meanwhile, it was safe, effective, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
