高职院校教务管理系统存在的应用问题与对策

Discussion on the Construction of Educational Administration System in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着近年来高等职业教育的快速发展,广大高职院校纷纷扩大办学规模,提升办学层次,导致日常教务管理愈发繁杂,这就要求学校根据高职教育的特点,充分运用互联网时代的新技术,建设现代化的教务管理系统,实现教务管理工作的规范化、信息化、网络化。文章结合笔者所在学校使用青果教务管理系统的具体实践,分析了高职院校教务管理系统在应用方面存在的问题和应对的策略。

With the rapid development of higher occupation education in recent years, the higher vocational col- leges have expanded the size of the school, improve the educational level, resulting in daily educational manage- ment is increasingly complicated, which requires the school according to the characteristics of higher vocational education, make full use of the new technology of the Internet Era, standardization, informationization and net- work implementation the work of educational administration. This paper combined with the author＇s practice of green school educational management system, analyzes the construction of higher vocational college educational management system problems and feasible approaches and coping strategies.
